| In the past Planned Economy Mechanism, the phenomenon of “ Attaching great importance to the power, contempting the power supply and regardless of use” has been long-standing in the power industry.The construction of the power distribution network doesn’t deserve the attention and improvement. With the rapid development of urban scale and economy, the contradiction between the distribution grid and urban development has become increasingly fierce. The distribution network of a city is also an important factor to measure a city’s development. Thus increasing the level of automation of distribution network is imminent.This paper is based on the understanding of the development of domestic and international distribution automation, combining with the distribution grid of Shijiazhuang distribution. The paper investigates three problems: the transformation of the regional distribution network frame structure, the mean time between failure and the level of automation.In order to develop regional transformation automation implementation, it also combines with a variety of security measures. By the Analysis of the accident cases, the article proves that automated distribution network can greatly shorten the transformation, reduce the user’s economic losses and improve reliability. In the end it improves the social image of the power sector. |
