Research On Landscape Reconstruction Of The Urban Comprehensive Parks Based On Place Culture

Urban comprehensive park, the main place for leisure and entertainment in people’s daily life, is the important carrier of urban culture. Meanwhile, it is also the vital "green window" for foreign population to know the city. With the continuous improvement of citizens’living standard and greening construction, many parks built in the early time can not meet modern citizens’requirements for entertainment because of the old facilities and unreasonable functions arrangement and so on. Through the analysis of situation and deeper excavation of parks’cultural background, research on comprehensive parks’ renewal was showed, the main achievements are as follows:1.According to the existent problems in renewal of parks especially the lack of territorial characteristic culture,renewal importance and urgency based on place spirit of parks was put forward. Through the research on domestic and foreign places and theories about place spirits, the emphasis on the constitution of culture and expression forms and the research on the relationship between place culture and parks’landscape renewal, the conclusion that two of them can be combined to study will be drawed. It can not only meet the demands on the place renewal, but also contribute to the inheritance and sustainment of parks’culture.2.Based on in-depth research of the relationship between location culture and parks’ landscape renewal, the significance and six principles including accurate location, protection principle, sustainment principla, integrality principle, ecology integrality and people-oriented principle were probed.3.From the analysis on convergence of parks’location and environment around and the need of place spirits and culture in park, places of parks can be located. In the aspect that convergence of park and surrounding environment, park and urban green space system, texture,streamline and functions of surrounding anenues were the main points. Theories were afforded to the location and adjustment of plan structure and analysis on expression forms of various landscape elements connected culture were put forward. Renewal methods and steps based on place culture of comprehensive park were discussed in a systemetic way and provide basis for instances.4.Take the instance of Chaoyangyan park in Yongzhou as an example, from situation research, the comprehensive analysis on convergence of parks’location and surrounding environment and landscape entertainment space, comprehensive renewal thinking and the analysis from comprehensive stucture to partial elements was made. Furthermore, its feasibility based on place culture of comprehensive parks are discussed too.In conclusion, new theory was put forward for the healthy development and renewral of comprehensive park through the conbination between theories’discussing and examples.
