Research On Regional Hydrosocial Cycle Connotation And Regulation Mechanism

In order to resolve the problem of water resources development, utilization, conservation, protection, propose the hydrosocial cycle for the human activity harmonious coexistence with nature water cycle providing a new opportunity.Under the background of hydrosocial cycle study* starting from the research status at home and abroad, this paper explored the relationship between nature water cycle and hydrosocial cycle. Derived from the perspective of interaction between the two water cycle to comprehensive analysis the connotation of hydrosocial cycle and solid hydrosocial cycle theory research based on hydrosocial cycle characteristics; According to connection between the most strict water resource management system and the various subsystems of hydrosocial cycle, then puts forward the structure frame with realistic demand; For the application of hydrosocial cycle regulation aspect, simply analyzes the key problems, which are the base of further study of hydrosocial cycle control.Through the analyzing for the prediction method of water resource, selected the grey BP ANN mode as the hydrosocial cycle prediction method, and defined subsystem flux that corresponding project, such as water intake system, water consuming system, wastewater treatment recycle syetem, and drainage system. Then generalizability cycle path diagram and drafted the calculation method, formatting the theory of hydrosocial cycle.Based on hydrosocial cycle prediction method, to establish regulation model of multiobjective programming with objective function which benefit of conclude resource, economy and environment, and constraint conditions based on the "three red line", using MATLAB optimization toolbox to solve the model. According to the principle of hydrosocial cycle making assessment method and organize the current effective control measures, get the theory of hydrosocial cycle regulation.The paper collected data from 1996-2011 year and used the theory for research region of YANCHEGN city to determine the regulation destination of 2016, and comes to the conclusion that there is water shortage, the ratio of industrial structure incoordination, good of the pollutant capacity of water functional zone. Aiming at the existing problem, to provide theoretical support for the development of city planning with putting forward the corresponding measure.
