Research On Quality Management Of Xinle East Substation Construction Project

The power industry is closely related to the production and life of the people and national energy security,and is an important pillar of national economic development.As a power distribution hub project,the substation project plays an important role in power distribution,so the quality management of substation project in China has always been one of the main concerns of academia,and also attracted the attention of many power enterprises.However,the state has no authority on the substation project management as a support,the development of the technical system is not perfect.Therefore,the topic of this paper has important theoretical and practical significance to ensure the construction and operation of substation project.Based on the existing literature review,this paper starts from the research status of substation project quality management,hackles the related theory of project quality management,and as a theoretical basis of the paper.The main part of the research is focused on the new Ledong substation project quality management,through the comprehensive analysis of the quality planning,quality assurance and quality control of the substation management system,the project is introduced in detail,and the project as an evaluation basis,the project quality management level fuzzy evaluation,build a multi-dimensional and comprehensive project quality management evaluation model.At the same time,using analytic hierarchy process as the auxiliary tool of fuzzy evaluation index layer operation,the final analysis concluded that the new Ledong substation project quality management level is in the middle and upper reaches,but there are still some limitations,the paper finally puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the improvement of substation project quality management.
