Research On Quality Management Of RS Bridge Construction Project

The number of bridge engineering in our country is in the forefront of the world,but the quality management of bridge construction is still far lower than the world average.Because the quality of the bridge determines the length of time and safety of the bridge,it is one of the important elements of the safety of people’s life and property in a country.In recent years,the number of Bridges of all sizes has been increasing,and the size of Bridges that have collapsed has not only caused economic losses,but also serious casualties and increased social pressure and fear.With so many accidents related to bridge safety happening all over the world,it is time to call on the society to think and pay attention to the quality of bridge.At present,the quality of bridge has become the focus of people’s attention,and the research on the quality management of bridge is also the key project of most professional scholars.Therefore,this paper chooses RS bridge project as the research object to carry out research on its project quality management.First,on the basis of project investigation and literature system analysis,literature analysis and Delphi method are used to identify its quality elements.Secondly,the identified quality elements are selected as evaluation indicators,and the weight of each index is calculated by using analytic hierarchy process.According to the weight calculation results,the core elements that play an important role in the quality of RS bridge project are found out,so as to provide a basis for the establishment of the quality management program of RS bridge project.Thirdly,based on the evaluation results of project quality management factors,the project quality management scheme is formulated from five elements,including personnel,equipment,materials,methods and environment.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the quality management scheme of RS Bridge project,the paper puts forward the guarantee measures for the implementation of the project quality management scheme from the three perspectives of system construction,safety production and resource allocation.Through the research,this paper defines the key elements that have important influence on the quality management of RS bridge project,and develops the quality management plan around the key elements,hoping to provide theoretical guidance for the quality management of RS bridge project construction unit in the project construction stage.
