Evaluation On Construction Quality Management Of Thermal Power Engineering Project

With the rapid development of our country’s economy, as an important part of electric power project, thermal power project construction has a faster development. Thermoelectric project with large investment, complex projects, technical level and high quality requirements,quality management problem is particularly important, therefore, quality management as the key and core of project management is the main steps of enterprise core competitiveness.In thermal power engineering project construction,improving the level of project quality management become a problem to be solved at present.Therefore,study of thermal power project construction quality management is very meaningful.This article mainly around the comprehensive evaluation and research of the thermal power engineering construction quality management.Firstly,it introduces the background and significance of topics and systematic analysis of the quality management and quality assessment related theory at home and abroad through the consult literature secondly, it introduces the method of related comprehensive evaluation theory,combining the characteristics of thermal power engineering and quality evaluation and using analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the engineering projects;Thirdly,combining the actual situation of the learning experience and the engineering practice,sums up the construction of the project in the process of the various factors influencing the construction quality,and then from the organization and management of construction quality,construction material equipment quality management,quality management,construction personnel construction process quality four aspects analyzes the project research,and on this basis,build a comprehensive evaluation index system of the project; Finally,It use the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the project construction quality, the final results are given,it is concluded that the thermoelectric project construction quality for optimal results.Results verify the reliability of the evaluation method.This topic research results provides scientific basis for improving quality of engineering construction management,at the same time for the type of project quality management has a certain reference significance.
