With the development of vertical industry, the engine electronic control system of verticals is more and more complicated and perfect. In recent years, private cars go into ordinary families. The drivers are curious about their cars, they want know more about their cars. But the ordinary vertical detector is positioned their own cars. These equipment is expensive, inconvenient, too big and heavy, and universal poor.In the developed countries such as Japan,Europe and America, early in the last century 90 s.They began to enforce the OBD system. This system is designed by electrical means to conduct a comprehensive monitoring on the car, in order to control the vehicle exhaust emissions. The OBD system has formed two major system namely the EU system and America system. Between the two systems is slightly different, but the basic function and the sensor equipment are basically the same. Two systems after ten years of development, has formed a complete set of auto monitoring system. And the one called serial port communicated with the outside interface of OBD. Through this system, can be about fifty parameters monitoring automobile internal situation. Basically covers all the parts of the car.The system is based on the OBD system of automobile’s own research gives a feasible solution. The whole system is divided into two parts app and server. The app using Android system as development platform of Google company. The popularity of Android equipment for the system provides a wide range of application scenarios. At the same time, reduce the cost of users. The background using the open source JavaEE platform, build the server by mature struts, spring and hibernate framework. The acquisition of data analysis and processing, in order to provide a solution to the user. The use of intelligent mobile phone now the popularity as the display terminal. Study on a set of car examination system based on Android system. To overcome the traditional automobile examination system of large volume, inconvenient use, poor real-time performance, the interface is too specialized defects. The main research contents of this paper can be summarized as follows:1.Qualitative analysis of the vertical. Through the analysis of various parameters of the vertical, combined with cloud server recommended the system and make recommendations for car maintenance of accurate and reliable. It help owners get rid of the shackles of various parameters, more transparent understanding of the actual situation of the car and specific measures to be taken.2.Full quantitative understanding of the vertical running status. OBD information will be collected by the numerical charts and other forms displayed to the user. Professional users can fully and accurately understand the car status through some of these quantitative information.3.Real-time evaluation function. This system can evaluate acceleration and fuel consumption in real-time. Through the evaluation of these two commonly used information, users can intuitively understand the car’s performance. So that users can understand the real performance about acceleration and fuel conditions. Users can get rid of indicators from various car manufacturers in the automotive, intuitive understanding of car performance.4. History of examination information. Create a separate "account" for the car. The data obtained by physical examination or using software summarize, through the analysis of historical information, can provide the necessary basis for the car repair.The system software can accomplish these four functions, and in real environment perform it has good performance on vehicle matching, data accuracy and usability.
