With thedevelopment of the electric power business, customer demand increasing,how to improve the power supply enterprise work efficiency, improve service quality and customer satisfaction, become the power supply enterprises must solve the problem.Electrical repair, how to optimize customer repair process, do accept staff received a telephone repair, to faster and more timely information will be informed to the repair personnel, repair personnel in the completion of the repair work, more direct information back to the admissibility of personnel, to resolve the emergency key time too long.This thesis analyzes the shortcomings of the original 95598 electric power customer service system and the existing problems, the original repair, between accepting personnel and repair personnel, delayed repair time, easy to cause the customer complaints.In this thesis, mobile information technology, design the electrical fault information system based on Mobile Terminals( refers to the handheld electronic products. Portable), the application of Mobile Terminals in the fault information system,is the development of the present system, the existing system of a mobile information platform. The first repair personnel use the Mobile Terminals query processing, repair work order in the moving state.This thesis expounds the main theory, route technology to realize the system and the specific design scheme; test and analysis of the realization of the main function of the system, and gives the benefit analysis.Apply Mobile Terminals to 95598 electrical fault system, is the first in Zhejiang power grid.
