The construction of intelligent district is one of the important part of smart grid construction, therefore with online monitoring system of intelligent radio district is an important part of strong smart grid. It is the foundation to realize the two-way interaction between grid and customer, undertakes the important task of electricity information automatic acquisition, efficient sharing and real-time monitoring.With the development of computer information industry gradually popular,distributed network, research on management of distributed network like a raging fire;at the same time, the optical fiber communication technology, GPRS/CDMA communication technology, the carrier communication technology and database management technology application in various industries have been vigorously applied,so the electric power enterprises can fully make use of these advanced technologies, to to facilitate the realization of the intelligent monitoring of distributed power distribution room.Intelligent management with single zone is through a system of distribution transformer(public transformer, special transformer) information collection, processing and real-time monitoring, system implementation and Taiwan area information monitoring, centralized, exceed the standard of power quality monitoring, management,monitoring and analysis of leakage protection of low voltage line loss, distribution area of abnormal operation of alarm, information interaction platform district and other functions.Online monitoring system of intelligent radio zone with using B/S and C/S combination, through the C/S client copy and collection of data on the application side,and save data to the database server through the browser, B/S end of the acquisition of energy, electricity and other required data query, browsing, analysis function operation.Software module uses the MVC design idea of international general. UML modeling method is adopted in the system design stage, on the whole process of modeling for online monitoring system of intelligent distribution station area. Modeling work of UML from the following several ways: requirements gathering: operating personnel collected data needed for distribution network, distribution network management personnel to collect, each operation of the business process, the division ofresponsibility, the behavior of objects are classified and summarized, realize and static analysis, model of the most general modeling the.System based on Windows NT operating system as a network operation platform.The server system need to install Windows Server 2003/2008 and SQL Server 2008, as the core of the whole system. WEB browser using the J2 EE ideological framework,using B/S mode to design the monitoring master station system, the end of the data through the UDP protocol data transmission to switch, switch to parse the data,transmits the data to the server through ethernet. Through WEB browser page, data analysis, query and display the data on the server. The meter reading and monitoring also issued a directive, drive down the monitoring master station system data excess of the earlier equipment.Test the contents of the main functions of the system can meet the requirement of the system to verify whether the compatibility verification, system design, system stability test, including the hardware and software are able to achieve the desired effect of a comprehensive test. Finally, the system in accordance with the requirements to complete all the functions and to achieve the related performance index.
