Distribution room is a very important infrastructure in the power system, which has important significance for the efficient and stable operation of the distribution network. How to use information technology, network communication technology and other means to achieve the automatic distribution room electrical equipment remote monitoring, are very important challenges faced by the current national electricity sectors.This thesis based on the theoretical and methodological guidance in software engineering software development and the detailed investigation of the current status of the power distribution room and automatically monitors the distribution room monitoring market conduct t home and abroad, proposed a distributed network technology based on the distribution room of remote monitoring system named SMS 2000.And this thesis also implemented the above monitor system through the.NET development platform and Microsoft SQL 2000 database.Firstly, this thesis introduces the system project background and significance of SMS2000, the current research status and content of this study, innovation and research methods.And then followed by a brief description of the relevant theoretical basis involves in the project design and development, including software engineering, Ethernet communications technology, UML modeling techniques,.NET development techniques, UDP communication technology and other aspects of middleware technology.Finally, based on the theory of software engineering and the detailing the SMS2000 system requirements analysis, this thesis introduces the system design, implementation and testing coding processes, with the work summary and prospects of SMS 2000.By installation and deployment of SMS 2000 in the distribution network, it could realize the power distribution room remote intelligent monitoring; improve work efficiency and quality of electricity management, to provide fault location information and decision-making for the equipment maintenance personnel. Therefore, the work in this thesis has a high theoretical value and practical significance.
