With rapid development of information technology, computer network technology and automatic control technology, supervisor information system control systems has been widely used in process control of power plant and it has become an important part of information construction of power plant. As the growing of all type information in the production management activities, the SIS system comes out in ninety years of the last century.SIS system is an automated management platform oriented to production and management, which can maximize the use of DCS and MIS resources and enhance economic efficiency and modern management level of the plant. The subject comes from Huaneng Shantou Power Plant SIS system construction project, which is carried out by independent Xi’an Thermal Power Research Institute.This paper mainly introduces the design and implementation of SIS system software and the overall design scheme of SIS system and the software system structure are also presented. Firstly, the functional requirements of the SIS system are discussed and a general software system architecture for them is puts forward. The composition modules of software system are introduced and the relationship between the function of each module are also showed in detail. In the realization of SIS system, the implementation processes of two concrete blocks are mainly described. The real time database interface collection module and SIS system network structure design are described emphatically. For real-time acquisition system database interface, the interface is divided into two aspects: First, the upper layer application software interface, real-time monitoring and control data between data access; the second is the interface between the design field modules. Based on object-oriented design, using the concept of hierarchical modular design, based on PI real-time database system, using PI-API function, considering the similarity of different interfaces, we set up a unified interface module. Network design considerations hierarchy, including process control layer DCS / PLC systems, process monitoring and production management systems and business management SIS MIS system, between the layers in the high security requirements or where one-way design gatekeeper hardware, effectively ensure the system security. Finally, puts forward some suggestions for improvement in the summary. According to the SIS system, this paper implements the design scheme of real-time data acquisition system, and successfully applied to the TRRI-SIS software system of Xi’an Academy of engineering.The program presented in this paper has been applied and tested in Huaneng Shantou Power Plant SIS system. The data interface module enables real-time data acquisition and processing. What?s more, during testing, real-time data and historical database can be successfully created. The network structure and security settings designed in this paper meet the requirement of Shantou Power Plant SIS system.
