With the rapid development of electronic technology, engineers are setting higher expectation to electronic-measuring instruments,for the digital oscilloscope,Not only in bandwidth, sample rate and memory depth of these three indicators need higher requirements, while, the development of the functions of an oscilloscope also require more comprehensive, test can be improved to a large extent in efficiency and accuracy with more convenient functions.In this paper, it elaborated the design and implementation of digital storage oscilloscope hardware real-time waveform recording function and waveform analysis functions, also discusses the research and implementation of high-capacity storage technology which is based on DDR3 and segment-storage technology in this system. and accomplish the function of hardware real-time recording waveform on the basis of the high-capacity storage technology and the segment-storage technology. While completing the overall design of the hardware Limit Template Testing technology and describes its specific implementation process. And completed the program of jitter waveform analysis with the statistical histogram method. In this paper, the work which is accomplished as follows:1、Research on high-speed large-capacity storage technology. This article describes the working mechanism of DDR3 and its implementation process in deep storage system, and achieve the maximum memory depth of 800 M and the Memory depth can be adjusted.2、Design hardware real-time waveform recording function. On the basis of deep storage technologies and segment-storage technology, to accomplish the design of hardware real-time waveform recording function,to access the target of high-speed, numerous of frames,and in real-time of recording.3、Research on Limit Template Testing technology. The topics achieve Template Testing techniques with the ideal on hardware, to test the abnormal waveform with creating the specific templates, This test method can quickly detect massive waveform from the waveform anomalies, greatly improving the efficiency of the test.4、Research on Waveform Jitter analysis. At first it introduces the basic principles of three-dimensional mapping of the waveform, according to the three-dimensional database and the address mapping between LCD waveform display area, completed the design of overall program in statistical histogram,and to analysis waveform jitter by the method of statistical histogram.
