With the development of the acquisition and storage technology,the comprehensive performance of the oscilloscope is getting better and better,and user's requirements of its function are also increasingly higher.Therefore,DPO,with a variety of data processing functions,will emerge as the times require.Facing the massive data,how to quickly and effectively analyze it by oscilloscope function modules becomes very important.The work of this dissertation comes from the team project.The dissertation focus on the subject of the hardware implementation of the waveform analysis function module and waveform feature search function module.The design of cooperation with FPGA and hardware circuit achieves 3 waveform analysis function,7 basic waveform feature search function and 9 bus search function.The main work of this dissertation is as follows:1.Study on the overall architecture of waveform analysis and waveform feature search function,including the principle of hardware implementation of the waveform analysis and waveform feature search,the localization and synchronization of search results,the interaction with other modules and so on.The two function modules of this dissertation are designed based on the whole hardware system of DPO.2.Realization of waveform feature search function.7 types of waveform feature search are realized by hardware design,including Edge,Pulse Width,Runt,Rise/Fall Time,Setup and Hold,Sequence,Overtime.And 9 types of bus search include RS232,I2 C,USB,CAN,SPI,LIN,FlexRay,Audio and Ethernet.3.Realization of waveform analysis function,including Pass/Fail Analysis,Trajectory Analysis and Template Analysis.4.The tested results of waveform analysis and waveform feature search functions,including the test platform and equipment,test process and the analysis of test results.The design,through the way of FPGA and hardware circuit to achieve waveform analysis and waveform feature search functions,overcomes the shortcoming of inefficiency when the software is in process of analyzing and searching the massive waveform data.At the same time reduce the Dead Time.In addition,the bus search function is added to the search module,which enriches the search types.
