Crane as today’s industrial production, is important for mechanical equipment lifting weights, plays a very important role in modern industrial production. The Internet of things based on a certain communication protocol, the wireless sensing device, realize the mutual connection between items, data and information exchange network. The Internet of things into the daily supervision of heavy machinery, to strengthen the lifting units to improve safety management level, has the extremely profound significance workers standardized operation.Based on the safety of hoisting machinery management, daily use of links in the existing main problems are serious, detailed analysis, and on the Internet of things technology introduced in the hoisting machinery safety management are analyzed, designed based on Internet of things technology of hoisting machinery man-machine mutual recognition and monitoring system.This paper first described in industry production, the state of safety management, heavy machinery, daily use of domestic and foreign research present situation, and on the Internet of things technology at present in the field of safety equipment application are briefly described, through the analysis, the main research contents, key technologies of knowledge innovation and knowledge.Then, according to the use of units of investigation and feasibility analysis of the crane, man-machine mutual monitoring system, at the same time, the concept of things key technologies were comprehensively introduced, according to the results of the analysis, the main function of identity in the system function, the wireless communication function, monitoring service platform function of design, and summarizes the key points and difficulties in the development process of the monitoring system.Secondly, comprehensive analysis on system, man-machine mutual recognition of the crane monitoring system respectively from three aspects of hardware, software and system service management platform for the overall architecture design, based on the architecture design, the detailed design of each crane man-machine mutual monitoring system module based on Internet of things technology.Then, from the two aspects of man-machine mutual recognition of crane monitoring system terminal interface and service platform system software interface realization man-machine mutual recognition of crane monitoring system.On the basis of the system, through the practical application of test, in the high dust, strong interference environment, the system recognition rate of RFID is greater than 90%, the fingerprint recognition to identify the fingerprint patterns under different operating conditions, the reliable data transmission in wireless distance is greater than 1000 m, so as to realize the crane equipment management and personnel management requirements.Finally, the summary and outlook, summarizes the shortcoming of this paper, and the content and direction of future research is planned.
