During the construction of large and super large hydropower station,the control of time for limit for a project has always been difficult in the management,for the reason of various process and very complicated relationship between each other,which make great requirements of schedule management.Many factors need to be considered when prepare the schedule,such as the project size,complexity,urgency,mastering extend to the details,all of them will interfere the schedule.So a comprehensive consideration must be made,to minimize the gap between schedule and actual progress and get schedule management initiative.So how to do a good job in schedule management and control of large and super large hydropower station project is a very important topic.According to the information provided by landlord,making consideration of the engineering and equipment characteristics of the Jinping primary hydropower station,under the premise of respecting objective law,drawing lessons from the hydropower projects that has been build and under construction with similar characteristics,for the requirements of the new plan,the factors including construction intensity,resource input,construction condition,site,construction method and craft were considered to analyze installation project process and time limit,and proposed guidance of construction layout to the contractor.The construction process,arrange of time,plan to use special tool and layout of the location of the new mechanical and electrical equipment installation project of hydropower station management were analyzed.Take progress management as the main line,the progress management driven people,materials,machines,and quality safety management.To reach the intended purpose,the best combination of various factors of production should be achieved continuously.Due to the limit resources provided by construction unit in a certain period,constraint problems existed in the project management resources.While the insufficient allocation of resources will affect the project schedule,to ensure the organization and supply of resources,use resources efficiently and economically,keep the normal operation of production activities continuous,and so reasonable allocation of the resources,optimization and combination is required to meet the construction requirements under the resource constraint condition.So construction managers must consider the factor of resources restrict,with more advanced,more accurate,more close to the actual situation of network planning method to arrange the construction schedule.This article will make network plan for the mechanical and electrical equipment installation project of Jinping primary hydropower station,through detailed WBS decomposition,considering all constraint factors,for a shorter time to achieve the aim of power generation in advance,and try to prepare the total schedule on the critical chain method,provide reference for similar large and medium-sized hydropower station in preparation of schedule,in order to save resources,time and cost,accelerate the hydropower generation schedule comprehensively,to achieve the planning goal of the national energy development as soon as possible.
