Xiajiang Hydropower Station is located in Jiangxi in the middle reaches of the Ganjiang River,the main tasks of the project are power generation,flood control and irrigation and shipping.The power station is equipped with 9 single rated power 40 MW Bulb Tubular Hydro-generating units,power plant total installed capacity of 360 MW.As a large power plant in the middle reaches of Ganjiang River,the project has been successfully put into operation to generate electricity,playing a significant role in ensuring the electric power supply in Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone and the provincial capital Nanchang.The paper,combined with the practical situation of the repair project of Xiajiang Hydropower Station Unit A-level maintenance,analyzes schedule management of the repair project as the research object,puts forward combination of network planning technique and critical chain theory and designs the buffer mechanism network diagram based on the critical chain for schedule management mode of hydropower maintenance company,which dramatically improves its overhaul management mode.First of all,the paper comprehensively introduces the scope of repair,work breakdown structure and process logic relationship of hydropower unit maintenance,on the basis of which the paper establishes work breakdown structure,improves the project schedule network diagram by using network planning technology,and determines the critical path.At the same time,considering the dual constraints of time and resources,the paper overcomes the limitation of traditional schedule management and introduces the critical chain technology to achieve progress optimization management.It uses the 50% principle of polymerization to shorten the construction period,and eliminates uncertainty of process execution and hence achieves the goal of progress optimization by setting buffer area.Finally,combined with the passivity,variability and malconformation of the project scheduling,the paper analyzes the that may influence the schedule control,and by means of a certain schedule control method,the construction period of the project is completed on time.The ideas and methods of this paper is desirable in practical application,and has a great engineering application value.
