Study On Engineering Quality Control Of North-line Heating Network In Dezhou

The quality of Central heating is an important matter of principle in construction work, because it is directly related to people’s lives and property and long-term stability of social life. Factors affecting the quality of the heating piping network, many of which human factors, material factors, environmental factors as the primary factor in the construction process must correctly handle these aspects, its contents and related control method is proposed for several points in this paper.This article combines theory study with empirical research. Taking the north-line of the heating piping network in a certain city as an example, studies are mainly focused on quality control of heating network project in six parts. This article argues that the construction party, as an organizer and manager of heating network, has to comprehensively analyze various factors that will affect the quality control of heating network, find potential quality problems in time and take scientific and effective actions to control them if they would like to realize effective quality control.In this way, it can facilitate their making full use of advantageous factors and properly preventing and overcoming disadvantageous factors, making their quality goals more scientific and appropriate, truer to the reality and more operational.The impact upon goals realization of project management by progress and cost control is a subsequent subject that will be mentioned in this article.
