Research On Power Outage Plan Management Of Xiangyang Electric Power Company

The power outage plan management,as one of the most important managing job in the electric power company,leads to the normal process of repairment of electric equipment,which is the essential premise for other departments to do their daily jobs.It contains anual,monthly and weekly power outage plan management.To classify it by voltage classes,the equipment of 220 kilovoltage belongs to the power outage plan management of the main grid,and the equipment of 110 kilovoltage belongs to the power outage plan management of the urban grid.The power outage plan management of the urban grid,is led by the dispatch and control center of the company,supported by the construction department and the repairment department,and executed by other secondary unit.According to the structure of Xiangyang Electric Power Company,it is a typical functional departmentalization.The characteristic of this kind of structure is assembling those who has similar or the same major to increase efficiency inside a department.But the big problem of this kind of structure is that workers from different departments are hard to cooperate with each other when they need to accomplish a job together.This research is based on the practical experience of power outage plan management,by analyzing the current situation of the management and the existing problem,to study the method of perfecting the power outage plan management,propose optimized schemes,and make an assessment of the results of those schemes.This research has great significance in perfecting the power outage plan management,increasing the efficiency of equipment repairing,and making sure the basic process of other projects.
