Over the past few decades,China's auto industry has gained dramatic growth.In order to maintain their own advantages in an increasingly competitive market environment,automotive OEMs have widely implemented just-in-time(JIT)production model and management philosophy.In this situation,auto parts suppliers have found themselves faced with more and more pressure to meet on-time delivery,quick response to customer demands and operating cost optimization.Therefore,automotive part suppliers must master scientific method to optimize production planning,to meet the automotive OEM customer requirements in terms of on-time delivery and quick response,but also need to constantly optimize operating costs in order to promote their market competitiveness.Production planning is not only the core task of the enterprise's operation,but also the core task of the production operation management.All production activities are based on the production planning.Lying between the long-term plan of strategic level and short-term plan of execution level,aggregated production planning is located right in the heart of the whole production system,and plays an essential role.Aggregated production planning can act as the guideline of the enterprise's production activities throughout the year.A reasonable aggregate production plan not only can help enterprises to better execute short term production plan and ensure on time delivery,but also can help enterprises balance the cost of labor,inventory levels and production supply level in the demand and capacity constraints.Taking the auto parts enterprises L company as the study object,this thesis firstly reviews its production plan performance status and the impacting factors based on the analysis of its product and process characteristics.Secondly,the article puts forwards the counter measures to the two problems found out,i.e.customer requirement management and production capacity planning.Next it demonstrates why and how L company to implement aggregate production plan.Finally it studies and compares the production cost of different strategies by the method of graphical method and linear programming,and determines the optimal aggregate production plan for the enterprise.The article not only provides a feasible and effective method for L company on how to improve production plan,but also serves as reference for other similar production enterprise...
