The railway industry,as one of the driving forces for China’s economic development,plays an important role in transportation,domestic demand,and other aspects,making significant contributions to the long-term development of the national economy.However,some railway construction projects have extensive management problems in various aspects such as cost,quality,progress,safety,and environmental protection during the construction and project management process.Extensive management has made many railway construction projects unable to meet practical development needs,leading to continuous problems in the future.So,how to strengthen the level of refined management of railway construction projects is a problem that needs to be considered.Based on this,this article conducts research on W railway construction project management under the guidance of refined theory.This article conducts research through main research methods such as literature research,questionnaire survey,field research,and case analysis.Firstly,the research background,significance,and literature review of this article were elaborated,and the research methods and content system of this article were established.Secondly,it elaborates on the relevant concepts and theoretical foundations involved in this article.Once again,an analysis is conducted on the problems and causes of the refined management of the W railway construction project.Firstly,a brief overview is given of the basic situation of the W railway construction project,and a questionnaire survey is designed to preliminarily understand the current situation of the refined management of the project.Then,based on the questionnaire survey and on-site research results,feedback is analyzed and summarized to summarize the refined management problems presented in the construction of the W railway construction project,An analysis of the cause of the problem was immediately provided.In addition,the refined management content of the case project was sorted out,and a series of refined management ideas and development principles were clarified,with a focus on analyzing the five levels of cost refinement,quality refinement,progress refinement,safety refinement,and environmental protection refinement management.Finally,the effectiveness of refined management in the W railway construction project was elucidated.In order to assist in the implementation of refined management in the W railway construction project,targeted measures were proposed in strengthening the publicity and education of refined management,strengthening human resource reserves,and constructing a refined management evaluation and incentive system.This article conducts research on the management of W railway construction projects under the guidance of refinement theory,providing reference for the improvement of refinement management level of W railway construction projects and the development of refinement management ideas for railway construction projects in the same industry.It also hopes to provide assistance for the long-term development of railway construction projects in China.
