Research On The BIM Technology Application In Residential Landscape Architecture

Informatization is the development theme of various industries in twenty-first century. The informatization process of construction industry is keeping up with industrial manufacturing and stepping into the right path. As auxiliary architecture of construction, the landscape project is still at the initial stage of informatization. The construction informatization devefopment has brought technical promotion to the whole industry, as well as considerable benefits for each project. However, promoting overall profits needs synergetic progress of every professional. Hence informatization is also the future direction of landscape industry.Landscape in residential district is most highly correlated with construction and the closest to people’s lives of all landscape architecture. It is the primary task for current industry toexplore ways of landscape informatization taking construction informatization as a template. Discuss the detailed solutions of the application of BIM technology in residential landscape architecture led by the theoretical foundation3. Taking the project of Royal Garden Plaza for example, apply BIM technology to the implementation process of residential landscape project creatively, which provides a reference for the practical application of BIM technology.Finally, elaborate present situation, difficulties and development tendency of BIM technology applied to landscape industry with the hope of offering enlightenment and reference to the peers.
