First of all, the scope of the project for the targeted strong, deep insight into the content of project implementation; Second, the implementation progress of the project construction has carried on the detailed planning, including project construction safety, environmental protection measures and the resource configuration details; Finally, under the special environment on items that may exist targeted analyzed the construction technology and quality risk, and gives the corresponding countermeasures, and laid the important foundation for the project formally began.Through research, this paper sums up the real estate project in a complex geological environment plan in advance can draw lessons from the experience of:(1) the scope management should follow the following train of thought, the principle of first clear scope, scoping, secondly to refine the scope of distribution, and the third is the site management content;(2) the content key project plan should include a schedule plan, resource plan and safeguard measures;(3) with such projects corresponding to the main risk should include the technical risk and risk and the matching quality.
