| With the development of highway traffic volume increases quickly, congestion toll station range widening, jam time gradually extended, more and more charging stations become the bottleneck of the expressway. Expansion the toll stations and increasing the entrance lane way, not only the large investment, occupy a lot of valuable land resources, the toll station service ability promotion is limited, has been difficult to continue. Electronic no parking system has convenient, fast, security and other characteristics, has been widely used in developed countries and domestic coastal area.The system can not only obviously save manpower in transportation system management and reduce the traffic management cost, but also can realize the rapid transit traffic which solve the problem of excessive vehicle charge intersection clogging.The system is a quickly and efficiency freeway and bridge toll system triggered by the development of the information industry and electronic computer technology. Studying on electronic toll collection system is profound significance to alleviate congestion toll station and save land resources.In this thesis, with no stop electronic toll collection system as the main research object, after analyzing the manual toll collection system, hardware system of electronic no parking system and the software system is designed and realized in this system through the implementation of the project. The main contents include:1. This paper briefly introduces the system architecture of ETC, the hardware structure and the hardware layout. According to the characteristics of Sichuan Province toll expressway, putting forward a railing lead, single motor vehicle trade and passing with no parking toll collection mode. By the vehicle speed and the system equipment running time to calculation the effective distance of ETC lane.2. The paper introduces the DSRC protocol, the road test equipment technology and electronic label technology. Through the analysis of ETC system, using5.8GHz dedicated short range wireless communication technology to finish the data communication between RSU and OBU.3. The fees and settlement of Sichuan Province’s ETC system are designed, including charges, vehicle classification, form of payment, settlement andticketing and tax management etc…4. Through the analysis the requirement of Sichuan Province of ETC system, the road application software is designed. This article has designed the processing flow of the entrance and lane, through the code to achieve the function.5. The thesis analysis the adjacent channel interference and interference with the car of the cause of the problem, put forward to solve the interference problem solution.Through the design and implementation of the system, the system realizes the application of ETC system in Sichuan Province highway, improve the efficiency of the toll station traffic, alleviate the traffic pressure of charging station, save the time of vehicle through the toll station. |
