The vibration of aircraft engines, structural dynamics and noise problems have become increasingly. Dynamic Signal Analyzer(DSA), integrated with signal generator, signal acquisition and process, has been a main tool for model analysis, electronic design and acoustic tests in time or frequency domain lower than 100 k Hz. This thesis analyzes the development trend of the dynamic signal analsis. To meet the needs of the signal frequency and dynamic range, two possible signal conditioning solutions were proposed based on the large dynamic range of the signal conditioning, oversampling technology. Regarding the advanced data process, portable requirements of DSA, the desktop instrument architecture, which is consist of multi-channel signal conditioning acquisition module, data process plus COM Express control module, was proposed. The main contents include:1. The function of signal conditioning and acquisition module is to achieve a high dynamic range of above 100 d B, the conditioning and sampling of the signal. The thesis uses a design of attenuation and two-stage gain control, to achieve a substantial input control signal range from-51 d BVrms to + 17 d BVrms in 2d B stepsize. It uses the band signal rejection characteristics of analog anti-aliasing filter and oversampling Σ-ΔADC to achieve a 100 d B dynamic range of signal acquisition.2. The function instrument master control system is to achieve human-computer interaction, board member control and digital signal processing. Using 7 series logic chip XC7A100 T and TI DSP chip c6713, the COM Express configuration, the control logic of digital signal process, command and data transfer mechanisms through programmable IO of PCI Express are completed.At last, the test results on signal conditioning module, data process and control module show that, the channel reaches analysis bandwidth of 102.4 k Hz, above 100 d B dynamic range. The main control system works normal and meets the maximum power consumption.
