In today’s society,mechanical equipment is widely used in all walks of life in industrial production.Once the equipment breaks down in the operation process,it will cause very serious consequences.If it is light,the production plan of the enterprise will stop,causing certain economic losses.If it is serious,it will cause serious safety accidents and seriously threaten people’s life and property safety.In order to grasp the running condition of mechanical equipment and avoid accidents,it is very necessary to research and develop vibration monitoring instruments and systems for mechanical equipment.With the continuous breakthrough of embedded,artificial intelligence,signal processing and other information technologies,vibration monitoring instruments and systems are becoming more and more portable,high-speed and intelligent.Therefore,the research and development of vibration signal analyzer for mechanical equipment has very important practical significance.In this paper,a set of vibration signal analyzer based on ARM(Advanced RISC Machines)is developed based on the functional requirements of vibration monitoring of mechanical equipment.The main work and achievements are as follows:(1)Digital circuit,mainly for the main control chip,ADC,LCD touch screen and data storage module selection.(2)Analog circuit,mainly carried out the design of power management circuit,vibration signal conditioning circuit,speed signal conditioning circuit and other parts.(3)In terms of software,first of all,the underlying driver of UCOSⅢ,emWIN and FATFS is built,and the basic functions such as speed signal capture,vibration signal multi-mode acquisition,FIR digital filter,time domain analysis,spectrum analysis and frequency response test are researched and developed.(4)In order to enhance the usability of the analyzer,the extended functions of infrared temperature measurement,order analysis,single-sided dynamic balance,double-sided dynamic balance and visual system data storage and management are researched and developed.(5)Finally,the performance test of the equipment is carried out in the laboratory environment,and the results of vibration signal acquisition and analysis are obtained,which verifies that the analyzer can achieve the expected functions and meet the corresponding design requirements.
