A project requires the completion of years, long cycle to be built a lot of instability of engineering construction project risk. Therefore, We need to research on risk management of construction project. HH marine food R & D center project has its own unique characteristics, the research on risk management of such projects less.This article attempts to band the risk management content and marine food research center project closely together, applying the theory into practice, and use the marine food research and development center project to conduct a comprehensive risk management analysis. Firstly we describe the background and significance of marine food research center project. And summarize the main developments in the current domestic and international project risk management, giving the detail about steps how to do risk management. Then introduce the marine food research and development center project to build the base for the next research.Through introducing the background of the project and according to other project research, we identify the main risk of the project and find six groups of risks, which include determination period risk, preliminary work risk, construction phase risk, final-period management risk. By explaining each risk meaning, we use AHP analysis method in order to establish a risk index system for the marine food research and development center project. We evaluate weight of major the risk indicators. We conclude that R&D risk of new varieties is the largest, followed by final-period management, project construction phase risk, determination period risk and preliminary work risk. In all the risks of the two level indicators, the risk of disease prevention and control, the risk of project organization risk, project time risk, project personnel management risk, quality risk weight more than the average level. These kinds of risk mainly belong to risk management, and post project construction phase risk these two level indicators. Therefore need to focus on the two level of risk index.Based on the obtained risk weight, We put forward the countermeasures to reduce the adverse effects in risk of new varieties, the risk of project management, project construction phase risk and other major risk issues, guaranteeing HH marine food R&D center project carried out smoothly, and hope that through the implementation of HH project risk management construction of marine food R & D center project the target, reducing adverse effects of risk issues in the process of the project construction, realize its economic and social benefits.
