| Project risk management is a process of risk identification,risk assessment,risk response and control based on the law of risk occurrence.Through project risk management,the purpose of reducing the probability of occurrence of risks and the degree of risk impact can be achieved.The risk management of domestic construction projects has subjective,static and partial defects,and lacks a comprehensive and comprehensive risk management system.This paper takes the green space center super high-rise EPC project as an example,through traditional project risk management theory and analytic hierarchy process,construction.The combination of information technology and the dynamic,systematic and comprehensive study of the risk management of the project life cycle will help improve the project risk management level of the general contractor and effectively reduce the project risk,as well as the risk of the domestic construction industry.Management provides a reference.This paper takes the application of risk management in construction projects as the research background,and uses the relevant theories of project risk management to study the risk management of the green space center super high-rise EPC project.Firstly,using the analytic hierarchy process and expert scoring,based on the project management content of the project life cycle,the project risk factors were initially identified and selected,and the project risk hierarchy model was constructed.Secondly,the judgment matrix isconstructed by using the 1-9 scale method,and the impact weights and consistency tests are carried out on the risk indicators of the criterion layer and the scheme layer.The project risks are divided into three levels according to the hierarchical total ranking:high,medium and low.Project risk assessment.Then,develop detailed project risk stratification strategies for three levels of risk factors;develop project risk monitoring and analysis plans to achieve dynamic management of project risks;and build risk control processes and content for project lifecycle based on BIM information systems To achieve systematic and comprehensive management of project risks.Finally,the project risk management safeguard measures are proposed from the aspects of organizational system,management system and resource input.The research in this paper provides a dynamic,systematic and comprehensive risk management solution for the Green Space Center super high-rise EPC project.Through scientific quantitative risk identification and assessment,comprehensive systemic risk response and control,it is expected that project risk management objectives can be achieved.The method and experience of this research can also provide reference for risk management of other construction projects,which is conducive to advanced risk management methods and the application and popularization of information technology systems in the construction engineering industry. |
