Project department cost control adopted project function type organizational structure, performance appraisal management will work in the way of the key performance index method and 360 degree evaluation method, from three aspects of the work performance, work ability and work attitude.Conclusion cost control scheme for the period of 195 days, planned cost is 4595502.72 Yuan, and the contract price is 4793086.95 Yuan, through cost control scheme, can realize a profit of RMB 197584.23. Capital financing interest is 89967.36 Yuan, so the final profit is 107616.87 Yuan.
