Unmanned Aerial Vehicle, referred as UAV, because of its small body, low cost, high safety, it has been widely applied in the police, agricultural, scientific research, military affairs and etc. There are two kinds of UAV task assignment:centralized and distributed. The centralized task allocation needs a control station, while distributed task allocation doesn’t. The distributed task allocation mode has some advantages, such as fast speed, less distribution and etc.Firstly, this paper introduces the concept and application of UAV, and also has a brief view about the current status of research on distributed task assignment in the domestic and foreign research status; secondly, we describe the problem of multi-objectives optimization and carrying-missiles’UAV to access the target problem research, considering about the average load, include the weight load and the distance load, and then we introduce the concepts related to the article and model two scenarios of problem, we compare and analyze the results of artificial immune algorithm(AIA) and genetic algorithm(GA), at the end, the speed of artificial immune algorithm are faster than the genetic algorithm while we can reach the equal result.
