The hydrogen in the widely distributed, safety, no pollution and other advantages to make it has a great potential to become future energy pillar industry of the society. Hydrogen fuel cells by the hydrogen to load media identity effectively solve the problem of the hydrogen way of using, but because the hydrogen fuel cell has poor output volt-ampere characteristic curve and stability of low volatile, power and other characteristics, so it must be output voltage DC-DC power converter after the transition to the load power supply, the efficient and stable power conversion system, make the output of the hydrogen fuel cells after booster and regulated the use of hydrogen has profound significance for the future.This article through to the working mechanism of hydrogen fuel cells, internal form and model building the analysis of the way, through a large number of data access using the function of the Matlab/Simulink, hydrogen fuel cell for the steady lumped parameter model building and simulation, through the comparative analysis to current density as the input variables and the temperature as the input variables of the output voltage of the PEMFC, choose the former as a hydrogen fuel cell power output characteristics. Because of hydrogen fuel cell power output characteristics can’t directly to the load power supply, so a variety of isolation, the isolation and combination of DC-DC power conversion topology comparative analysis, finally established the Boost circuit as the front-end converter, full bridge rectifier circuit as the level of converter after two level DC-DC power conversion system, make the hydrogen fuel cell output of 11-14V voltage instability by twice through 48V and 110V booster achieve stability.Finally, the hydrogen fuel cells two levels of DC-DC power conversion system for the simulation analysis, verify that the system can be on the premise of guarantee the reliability and stability, the greatest degree of raise the energy utilization ratio of hydrogen fuel cells, to achieve the booster and the function of the voltage regulator.
