| In recent years, EHV and UHV Power Grid have played a much more important role during the development and construction of Power Grid. Accompany with the transmission voltage increasing, Capacitance to ground increases, Switching over voltage levels Increase, Reactive power compensation pressure increases, the power frequency over voltage when shutting off the power increases, and the phase voltage caused by short circuit between single phase and ground increases. To control the reactive power compensation pressure, usually install high voltage reactor in the line. The main content of this article is as follows:Firstly, shunt reactor BKD-80000kvar/800kV was designed in terms of the requirement specified in the contract entered into between TBEA and Northwest power grid. This article will describe this shunt reactor structure design, and give the Insulation level design standard and calculation of temperature rise standard.Secondly, verifying the design parameters to provide design suggestion for the actual product design. First of all, according to the two-dimensional finite element electric field analysis method, we establish insulation structure electric field analysis model for rated capacity of 80000kvar shunt reactor, and give the electric field analysis method based on the finite element. Secondly, by using the general commercial electromagnetic analysis software to establish magnetic thermal coupling analysis model for UHV 80000kvar shunt reactor and analyze the magnetic flux density and loss of reactor core and other frame parts under the rated condition and over rated condition as per the reactor temperature rise calculation basis.Finally, to calculate the losses of shunt reactor based on the 3D eddy current field, input the loss into the 3D temperature field analysis model and analyze reactor temperature distribution under rated condition, prevent the reactor from partial over hot, however this will affect reactor insulation level. The shunt reactor tank is the protection shell of the reactor active parts, and also is the oil container; all external components should be assembled in the tank. Simultaneously through the transformer oil transmit the thermal energy into the air by convection and radiation, as the shells and shelf; the tank should have certain mechanical strength, establish the 3D tank strength analysis model based on the analysis of the stress field to calculate the tank strength distribution. |
