In today’s age of electricity, power system, big inertia wheel servo has been in the production of modernization and plays a very important role in the life. Based on synchronous and asynchronous mode of thread pool design, to avoid the system blocking or overhead, a large number of threads is the foundation of the system run efficiently, this design selects the AT89S52 single chip microcomputer as a signal generator, using fuzzy PID algorithm, to position tracking of the entire process, the fuzzy PID control, in the process of design, considering the actual demand keyboard input module and LED display part, the practicability of this design has been enhanced.The significance of this thesis lies in the fact that a robust and efficient, extensible, concurrent processing massive amounts of customer requests and services for large inertia wheel servo model design, can effectively reduce the number of large inertia wheel servo nodes in a cluster, and significantly reduce the cost of enterprise operation. At the same time, the research and utilization of large inertia wheel servo clustering technology, to solve the problem of single big inertia wheel servo load limit, realize commercialization of large-scale applications.
