Based On The EMS Integration Of Relay Protection On-line Checking System Design And Implementation

In recent years, Major Blackout repeatedly and relay protection incorrect actionconcerning. The traditional power system security analysis on the incorrect action ofrelay protection consequences, we lack the scientific and effective analysis means. Inaddition, the traditional relay protection device of main confine is in itself and we lackof coordination in power system relay protection in order to improve the power gridsecurity research. Aiming at the problems of relay protection system, this paper putforward to design a set based on the new generation of EMS system online relaychecking system, which stood in the network in order to improve the performance ofrelay protection system. The main contents are as follows:Through a quantitative analysis of the complexity of power grid relay protectionsetting brought influence, this article proposed the line relay protection settingcalculation method limitations, presented by relay protection on-line adaptivecoordinated enhanced protection setting for accuracy, and by the method of on-linereal-time checking of relay protection setting value rationality of scheme. Design of aEMS based integration of protection setting value on-line setting and checking system,that is available from SCADA power system real time data, obtained from the DTS gridbased data and parameters of power network and relay protection setting value ofcurrent power system, all kinds of relay protection setting value of online check, usingparallel computation method improve online checking computation speed, in order todiscover irrational protection setting value, and by calculating the potential scope,conditions and serious outbreaks of index of protection setting unreasonable riskassessment.In this paper, the EMS based integration of protection setting value on-linechecking system of hardware and software of the system are designed in detail. Thispaper adopted the right hardware platform and network architecture and appropriatesoftware platform and development tool, rapid, accurate, and reliable calculation andchecking method. Through detailed study of the relay setting and checking rules, thispaper describes "the relay online checking system integration based on EMS " of the working principle and design idea.
