Memristor(Memory resistor), which is proposed by professor L. O. Chua originally in 1971 and is manufactured by R. Stanley Williams of HP lab in 2008, is regarded as the fourth fundamental circuit element after resistor, capacitor and inductor. Memristor is a nonlinear model defined by charge and flux, which has many unique complex dynamical properties.This thesis is taken advantage of the model of memristor, and designs some new circuits based on memristors, and studies the dynamical properties of these new circuits in depth. The main works of the thesis are demonstrated as following:1) Research on simulation and design of novel memristive circuit with uncertain parametersAccording to the property of memristor, this thesis introduces the theory of uncertain parameters. Based on this new circuit model, thesis takes advantage of numerical simulation to calculate and simulate the Lyapunov exponents and chaotic attractors, analyses the effect of uncertain parameter on system’s key dynamical property in depth.2) Research on simulation and design of novel chaos generator based on two memristorsAccording to the circuit theory, this thesis designs a new chaos generator which includes two memristors.By establishing the mathematical model, thesis calculates and simulates the phase portraits, Lyapunov exponent, equilibrium point and bifurcation. It tries to propose chaos generator based on multi-memristors.3)Research on simulation and design of novel time-delay circuit model based on two memristorsAccording to the circuit based on two memristors, this thesis introduces the time-delay feedback into circuit and builds its model. Thesis calculates and simulates phase portraits, Lyapunov exponent and bifurcation to study the time-delay effect and dynamical property in circuit.
