As the economic development of Yantai Development Zone, the existing urban water supply facilities can not meet the required water, so need to build a new town to meet the demand for fresh water urgently. Generally project has large-scale, long duration, high investment characteristics, while affected by many factors that resulting in substandard quality is not up to the project, so it is important for the Water Pipeline Project Quality Managementthe and develop an appropriate plan.From the actual situation of water supply projects in Yantai Development Zone, combining theoretical current research project quality management, drawing on the views of experts in the field of quality management factors, this paper conducts a comprehensive and in-depth analysis and proposes specific measures. Firstly, the writer makes a thorough analysis of the water supply pipeline of quality management theory, introduces the connotation of quality management, development and history, and describes the characteristics and principles of quality management of water supply pipes. Then, this paper analyses the 200,000 tons of Yantai Development Zone water supply pipeline quality management features targeted which focuses on the overview of the project of water supply pipes, operating environment, problems and quality management planning objectives. Secondly, analyzes the factors that affect the quality of project management from the environment, technology, resources, management and economic aspect of the managing inventory lists. Next, using the AHP and SWOT analyzes the the water supply pipeline quality management, distinguishing the factors of the level of attention and ranging the degree of influence of each factor.
