Research On Risk Management In The YULIN Gas Pipeline Operation

Safety of the natural gas pipeline transport is becoming the focus of the government,society and enterprise,while the rapid development of the long distance natural gas pipeline and the increasing mileage of the natural gas pipeline.At present,all countries in the world are actively carrying out the study of natural gas pipeline operational risk management.By forecasting the risk of the gas pipeline operation,the risk degree of operation is controlled within a reasonable and acceptable range,so as to reduce the probability of the operation accident and ensure the economic and safe operation of the gas pipeline transportation.This article mainly discusses the purpose,significance and importance of risk management for natural gas pipeline,and summarizes the research status of oil and gas pipeline operating risk management at home and abroad.In the light of the natural environment,social environment,main facilities and equipment,and operating conditions of the YULIN gas pipeline,systematically analyzes the main risk factors in the running of the YULIN natural gas pipeline,then evaluates the key parts of YULIN natural gas pipeline by the FTA,DOW and the accident consequence simulation analysis,finds the risk link and probability of the risk in the pipeline operation,and offer the measures for improve the safe operation ability and the risk management level of YULIN natural gas pipeline.At the same time,it provides reference for risk management and risk evaluation of other provincial long distance natural gas pipeline.
