Environmental Impact Assessment Of Da-Yi Road Widening Improvement Project

With the vigorous development of China* s national economy, the highway construction is stronger than before. In recent years, the total mileage of China’s highway is growing more and more, automotive holdings continued to increase, the location of roads in the national economy integrated transport system is increasingly important. Along with the rapid development of the road, the pollution of roads, highways surrounding environment and other issues are also stand out. According to the requirements of the Environmental Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China, environmental impact assessment for highway construction projects is very critical.Environmental impact assessment of Highway construction project is a complex body analysis and evaluation of water environmental impact, atmospheric environmental impact, sound environmental impact, ecological environment impact, social and environmental impact, involving multi-disciplinary and cross applications. The provincial highway S224 (Da Jiawa-Yi Shan broaden the renovation project) for example, launched a road construction projects in environmental assessment, using with or without contrast, and comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the above effects launched their assessments, the survey analysis and comparison of methods to make the content more accurate. According to forecasts and conclusions of the assessment, we combine with the project impact the natural socio-economic profiles, practical prevention measures and countermeasures to protect the roads surrounding environment. From the perspective of the environmental impact of road construction, we provide a scientific basis for optimizing the design construction and environmental protection management department.Paper as follows:Part1:Describe the background to the study, significance, and environmental assessment of domestic and foreign road construction history and current situation.
