Research On Quality Control Of The Practical Training Building Project Of Yantai Vocational College

With the continued rapid development in recent years, China’s national economy, the construction industry has entered a period of vigorous growth, a large number of construction products built and put into use. However, due to some quality construction projects has not been effectively controlled, resulting in poor quality of construction products, or even the quality of many major projects accident, which not only cause significant damage and loss to personal safety and property of the people, but also affect the community stable situation. Especially in the current phase of large-scale development of higher education, the university continues to expand the scale of infrastructure, engineering, quality management task is very heavy, university construction quality and safety issues are also prominent. School teachers and students involved in the fundamental interests of the safety and quality problems have also occurred. Therefore, the quality control of construction projects to study, and to improve project quality, has important practical significance.In this paper, Yantai Vocational College Training teaching building construction project, for example, the quality control of construction projects were studied theory, combined with training building projects, the quality control theory into practical use among college also analyzed some unique problems that exist in infrastructure work, and put forward the corresponding solutions to these problems.Paper first introduces the background, significance, current research, research methods, and lack of innovation, and the quality of the basic principles of construction projects, the basic principles of project quality control and project quality control tools, such as an overview of the theory. Through the project background Yantai Vocational Training School building project and the basic situation of research, analysis of various factors that affect the quality of the training building construction projects put forward practical teaching floor quality control measures, using a three-stage quality control theory, and some technology tools for the project before, during, after a three-stage quality control. In the control phase prior to a few key points affecting the quality control were careful arrangements, such as:respect venues, technology, personnel, machinery, materials, and detailed description of each of the key points should do the preparatory work, and emphasized the pre-control the importance of quality control process; controlled phase seize the key things in focus, special processes, quality control set point, from a technical point of view put forward specific measures for quality control, to make a key process quality control charts; in after the control phase, the focus seize the final acceptance and completion of the work, such as collecting materials management, quality control to make the results of assessment and quality control objectives and promptly correct deviations exist to ensure that the project reaches the school’s needs and to facilitate future projects use and maintenance. After a three-stage quality control after further analysis of the possible problems in the implementation process, the measures proposed to ensure quality control, identify solutions, such as:the establishment of project quality assurance system, the establishment of project quality management institutions, strengthening quality management publicity and education, development of quality management related systems, and other measures to strengthen the construction supervision work, ultimately Yantai Vocational College provides training building construction quality assurance.Through this study enriches the theory of project quality control, demonstrated the value of the relevant technical methods in project quality control, quality control of construction projects, especially infrastructure project quality control of universities to bring some inspiration.
