Research On Quality Control Optimization Of Sino-German Dual Mechanical And Electrical Training Program Of J Vocational And Technical College

With the rapid development of economy and society in our country,economic structure continues to optimize,there is a large gap of skilled talents,vocational education training ushered in the tuyere.In 2019,China explicitly proposed "integration of industry and education,cooperation between schools and enterprises",and introduced a "dual system" model in vocational education.However,in the process of mechanical and electrical training project,due to the low quality management level,the quality effect of the actual training is unsatisfactory,there are problems such as weak quality control consciousness of personnel,non-standard process,strong technical control limitations,improper operation of mechanical equipment,field environmental control has not formed effective feedback,which greatly weakens the significance of the training project.Therefore,it is urgent to optimize the quality level of Sino-German dual-system mechanical and electrical training programs.This thesis takes the quality control of mechanical and electrical training projects under the Sino-German "dual system" model as the research content,and through the study of the mechanical and electrical training project cases of J Vocational and Technical College,in-depth analysis of the key factors of training project quality.Using the theoretical knowledge of PDCA cycle theory and three-stage theory,it explains and analyzes the problems in the quality control of Sino-German dual-system electromechanical training projects,and analyzes the causes of the problems.Mechanism and process,optimizing construction technology method control,standardizing mechanical equipment operation,highlighting environmental control and other aspects to optimize the Sino-German dual system training project control measures,and put forward safeguard measures to comprehensively improve the quality control level of mechanical and electrical training projects.The results of the thesis show that through the research on the quality control of mechanical and electrical training projects of J Vocational and Technical College,a set of management measures that can basically solve the quality problems of training projects is formed,which effectively improves the quality management level of the project and accumulates valuable quality management experience for future mechanical and electrical training projects.
