It is strategically significant for the modern manufacturing enterprise to establishing a team of professional and technical core talents,And for the enterprise,this work is not just like "bringing ism".It can be accomplished overnight through capital investment,but it needs a long-term,systematic and scientific talent team building system to achieve it.It is difficult to meet the talent needs of enterprises by relying solely on the education of academic qualifications related to the University and all kinds of qualification certification training organized by the social organizations.Therefore,the enterprise human resources work began to change the way of thinking,the main work will be from the "candidate" to "education" transition,and strive to build a batch of enterprises not only familiar with the actual operating conditions,at the same time both the competency of professional knowledge and technology required,to promote business conditions continued to improve.The thesis is based on the training project of the quality assurance personnel of the FAW Volkswagen Foshan branch.Proceed from the actual business situation,in order to achieve the strategic goal of the enterprise as the basic goal,combined with the current enterprise talent team construction work actual situation,through the introduction of project management maturity theory,combined with the survey data for the company’s quality assurance personnel training project related personnel,comprehensive evaluation of the current Foshan branch quality assurance personnel training project overall maturity level using the comprehensive evaluation method,and find out the existing project process weak link--training needs survey and training in the field of knowledge transformation,and the lack of content;on this basis,further project related personnel interview,find the current outstanding problems in the process of project implementation,including project and training needs matching high training objects,the choice of the lack of scientific basis and training effect can not be transformed into Employee performance;and analyzes the causes behind demand into external training resources matching degree low,training costs continue to rise and the supply of internal training resources and limited ability in three aspects;on this basis,the overall optimization of the current work of QA Engineer training,making the project optimization scheme,including through the establishment of the quality assurance department in the training department post ability demand investigation stage competency model,practical ability and scientific evaluation of staff competency level between the demand gap,reasonably determine the training needs,in order to solve the matching problem of high training needs;by improving the training plan formulation and implementation aspects of the work,to assist the Department needs reasonable selection of trainees,the training has been resolved the lack of scientific basis;by optimizing the course content development and evaluation process The work,effectively supervise staff training and implementation of training actively improve the behavior of other activities,in order to solve the training effect can not be transformed into employee performance problems.In order to ensure that the Foshan branch of quality assurance personnel training project optimization work can be implemented smoothly,the optimization scheme is determined at the same time,also put forward a series of security measures,respectively from the construction of organization,personnel arrangement and system three aspects put forward a series in favor of the company within the Department to carry out the optimization of the effective suggestions to promote continuous improvement effect enterprise quality assurance personnel training.
