Radio fuses are widely used in modern war to improve hit precision and killing effect. The fuse is featured by long range and highly accurate detection, high probability of target identification and all-weather applicable. The shells with radio fuse are generally used to attack fix facilities(such as command post, arsenal, missile site, airfield, clinic and communication station, etc) on ground, equipment and persons. Test results show that the lethality of the shells with radio fuse are improved by 2~20 times of those with contact fuse.The study is based on one project to deal with threats from air attack since it is quite necessary to identify and guide jamming signal against radio fuse in complex EM environment. In this paper, generation application of radio fuse in the world is introduced. The technical level of the threat has been developing greatly while detection and jamming of FM radio fuse are just started in the country. Relevant techniques are urgently required to be developed and realized. The paper takes triangular wave as an example to describe operation principle, difference frequency signal analysis and parameter selection principle.In this master thesis, frequency band compression algorithm of delay-and-multiplication is proposed. The algorithm extracts FM signal by the use of delay-and-multiplication of the signal itself. Simulation results are compared in MATLAB with different SNR, the signal processing gain can reach 10 dB. As a result, the system sensitivity can be improved greatly.A simple receiving and processing assembly is designed in the project. There is an acquisition and pre-processing module with bandwidth of 200 MHz in the assembly. The module can process digital signals of 5 channels. To verify the effectiveness of the delay-and-multiplication algorithm, relevant signal sorting codes are developed to replace conventional all-collection and sorting algorithm. In practical test of the project, sensitivity of the receiver with the algorithm is improved by 7dB and dwelling time of the signal in each detection is within 400 us. Detection time of the magnitude can trigger warning for intercepting radio signal in far distance immediately, thus ensures system response time against enemy’s attack.
