With the constant increasing of population and the continuous urbanization, the development of the construction industry reached a peak. As one of the indispensable infrastructure of construction industry, tower crane is increasingly getting access to every corner of the construction site. However, the complicated working environment and the inferior intellectualized degree of crane devices have made the current potential security problems more severe. Thus, the tower crane monitoring system, which is based on sensor technology, information technologies and the Internet of Things technologies experienced the gradual crescent application among the architectural tower crane devices.Based on the requirements of tower crane, the overall scheme of tower crane monitoring system was designed in this dissertation, the software of the system was implemented on the hardware platform. On the base of the separation design, systematic software design contains the data acquisition on the MSP430 microcontroller platform and the functional realization with data processing on the S5PV210 microprocessor platform. The whole project achieves the real-time data acquisition, pictorial display, wireless communication between tower cranes, remote monitoring on the Internet and tower crane alarm function.At the same time, the interference of the complicated environment of tower crane to signal acquisition in alight of the process of data extraction was deeply analyzed in this dissertation, including the interior and environmental noise and interference in the tower crane monitoring system. In accordance with the specific interference and noise, including noise processing inside the integrated circuits of the system, electrical fast transient burst(EFT/B) interference processing in the situation of tower crane, drift processing while circumstances changes, anti-jamming processing while data transmission and data processing in the display for application, sweeping solutions were proposed. Bes, specific algorithms have been accomplished on the embedded system terminal. The system performance has been optimized with the application of signal acquisition and processing.
