The FM microwave proximity fuze is a fuze which transmits frequency modulated continuous wave signal. The bombing point of such fuze is independent of the reflection characteristics of targets in electromagnetic waves, and this fuze has well property of distance selection, so the research of FM fuze has important theoretical and practical meaning.One of the difficulties in the FM fuze is signal processing, and the comparison of harmonic signal processing is different from the traditional methods; it has unique advantages in precision and anti-interference.In this paper, FM fuze for triangular modulation is studied, and the contradiction between traditional fuse performance and parameters is discussed. Based on the detailed derivation and analysis of the the post-mix signal Fourier expansion, comparison of harmonic ranging scheme is proposed, and the validity of the scheme is proved by Matlab/Simulink simulation. According to the scheme, signal processing demodulation circuit is designed and implemented by operational amplifier, analog switches, etc, and the center control unit is designed and implemented by MCU. In order to carry out the system test, the miniaturized data acquisition system is also designed and implemented.The test of signal processing demodulation circuit is first carried by RF signal processing platform of NI, and the ideal envelop signal is obtained, then the signal processing part is connected with the RF front-end, through push board test, acquiring and analysing doppler signals, speed information of target is found, and contrasted with actual target speed, from this the scheme is Further proved.at the last of the paper, the scheme Improved is designed according to test results,and Combined with the level of the device development, the realizable optimized signal process scheme is given.
