With the growing popularity of unmanned intelligent substation, whether the dispatching center can correct to monitor transformer substation is the security of the secure and stable operation of the power grid, which requires the information stored in the transformer substation of dispatching center has a strict correctness. The counter point of intelligent substation is comparing substation information from dispatching center with the real information from substation to ensure the consistency. With the development of the intelligent substation, counter point becomes more important. However, the counter point of the intelligent substation is completed through artificial way, which requires the staff of dispatching center to phone contact with the staff of substation. This way brought staff of substation to great inconvenience, but also brought substation to some security problems. Therefore, the subject about software design and development of automation counter point system of intelligent substation has a strong practical significance for the development of smart grid change. Meanwhile this subject brings new ideas and development for counter point of intelligent substation.This paper adopts black-box testing, event injection, based on communication mode between station level network and dispatch center, DL476 real-time data transmission protocol, IEC60870-5-104 telecontrol protocol, MMS message protocol, G language files, DOM XML parsing technology, multi-threaded processing, computer programming, C ++ computer programming language to realize the automation counter point system in the platform of QT. The main work of this paper is as follows:1)Analyze the significance of the automation counter point system for substation work safe and stable operation of the power grid. Analyze the existing way of counter point, while the remote system and station level networking, communications, workflow dispatch center were analyzed. Automation counter point system design is put forward.2)Design shIEC104 master simulation software platform through the study of communication mode between station level network and dispatch center, telecontrol protocol IEC60870-5-104. Realize the actual dispatch center and away the motivation as well as send and receive messages sent IEC60870-5-104 packet analysis, storage and other functions.3)According to research of communication mode between station level network and dispatch center, map MMS to IEC61850, achieve the communication between MMS and remote system, the parse of MMS,information extracted from counter point.4)Through studying the communication mode of dispatch center and the alarm direct passing, communication protocol DL476, design simulate direct alarm master software platform, and achieve a real dispatch center and alerting Direct gateway machine can receive and sent packets,the parse of DL476, alarming and other functions.5)Based on the research of the G language files, design the simulation software platform for graphical gateway machine, realized with G language parsing, graphic images show that the corresponding real time data and can display graphical picture.
