Design And Realization Of Substation Laboratory Telecontrol System

It is well known that substations are the key of power transmission system . With the continuous development and the increasing demand for the electric power , as well as application of the no-human-operation in the station , the requirement for the substation automation is being increased . Especially , the substation integrated automation , whose kernel is the telecontrol technology , receives wide attention and achieves rapid development these years.In view of the distinguishing features of the substation laboratory , the substation laboratory telecontrol system has been exploited . This paper analyzes the structure of the hardware of the substation laboratory telecontrol system, and discusses the software designing of telecontrol system in environment of Visual Basic 6.0 upon Win98. After the building and debugging , the experimentation system has many functions , such as telemetering , teleindication , telecommand ; graph drawing ,multimedia alarm ,operations of database ; and so on .The experimental results indicate that this system is applicable for practicable use. In addition, this paper introduces some ideas and measures of improvement in the form of discussion , for example, the analogous operating of the telecontrol object.
