The electric power data center, is not only the operation place of the power system, the bridge of the data for electricity transmission, distribution, and sale, the platform for application service, but also the physical support of the grid infrastructure. In it the working stability of the information center is also the key point for the development of information resources, acceleration of information exchange and sharing. However, the management of the information center still remains the model that human-based document management, which is far from the requirement of IT & intelligent management in the smart grid. Recently, the on-line information visualized technology makes it possible to utilize vivid, comprehensive visual elements e.g. images to process complicated data. Accordingly, focusing on the visualization requirement of the information center, a three-dimensional visualized management scheme is promoted and achieved in this thesis.The major work in this thesis is shown with the following aspects:In principle, a information center management based multi-cache method is demonstrated, by taking advantage of the B/S network architecture. In design, the arrangement and deployment both for the browser side and the server side is conducted, and the corresponding P2 P transmission mode and the interaction protocol of remote data communication are achieved. Specifically, a set of management system data structure, the use of data feature selection to retain non target feature value with the target feature strong correlation are analyzed. Furthermore, this paper also completeshe analysis of data mapping and data persistence, gives the solution data concurrency, and presents the optimized solution for the systematic reliability. In functionalization, a complete three-dimensional modeling platform is designed and realized, which could enhance the management on the system, by monitoring sorts of view of the visualized scenewhich could be helpful for both the management of the site, the equipment, and the computer room. In addition it would be available to monitoring the environmental information, to display the room, to alarm and to communicate with devices via three-dimensionalnetwork topology.By using this system, it is not only achievable on the browser based visualized monitoring of remote information center, but also convenient for the managers to operate and analyze the complex incoherent information, so that it is a new pre-judgment tool and an auto ensurance to avoid economical and social loss induced by the information center faults.
