With the advent of the era of big data,the power of information in the high-speed development,the emergence of smart metering systems,intelligent online monitoring systems,intelligent power equipment fault diagnosis system,intelligent analysis system operators and power panoramic visualization of large data platforms are gradually completion and application of smart grid data size and the type of rapid growth.Power system emerged from the previous type is single,slower growth gradually into the era of massive data,multi-source,heterogeneous,distributed control production,complex,dynamic data associated with age,due to the growing mass of data,traditional the technology can not handle vast amounts of data in real time,can not show the real-time dynamic overall condition of the electric power operations,can not meet the needs of rapid development of the power companies.Power companies large data operations management and control system construction is to support business development and innovation power companies as the goal,to create a comprehensive big data integration,big data analytic,large data visualization and other core technical support capabilities,the application of EPRI relevant business data with external data,EPRI full multi-disciplinary comprehensive advantages.Data is the core asset management business of electricity,the use of cutting-edge Big Data technologies,including the introduction of Hadoop distributed framework,HDFS distributed file system,HIVE library databases,distributed off-line computing,Spark real-time computing and data storage Hbase columns and other large open source data components,power companies building the ecological environment,developing strategies for the power company's strategy,in order to enhance the overall research capability in the field of electric power company power system analysis,power automation,marketing,and distribution of electricity,etc.,in order to give full play to the big data network operation and business innovation-driven role management foundation to further enhance their ability to support the core technology of electric power enterprises.Firstly,the relevant technology basics,including the basic content of the power of big data,and resource management,and analysis were discussed.Secondly,the industry needs to stage the power industry needs analysis,feasibility analysis,functional requirements,data requirements,rely on these data needs to build a large power operational control system,detailed combing the power of data resources,presented data support system system and data sharing platform.Finally,on this basis,to complete the functional design,the core module design data operations management and control system,main modules including large data centers,data management,operational status monitoring,operational analysis,comprehensive monitoring,cooperative solutions to a total of six functions that the system meets the demand for the electricity sector.The system has been on-line for some time,after the POC,the present system has better reliability,stability,availability and better applicability.
