In this era of rapid development of information technology,information technology,technological level,and big data construction in the financial industry have become essential.Internet finance and financial technology have become the development direction of many financial companies.The transformation of traditional securities companies is imminent,and the number of company data-related IT projects is also increasing with the company’s development.Such data projects not only have the dynamic nature,uncertainty and strong coupling of IT projects,but also have the characteristics of high data privacy protection level and strict supervision in the securities industry.This puts forward the progress management of traditional securities companies that lack Internet experience.The test of higher requirements,therefore,the progress management of data IT projects is of great significance to the transformation and development of securities companies.This disscrtation takes the data center project of L company as an example,analyzes in detail the problems existing in the schedule management of L company,and proposes a series of schedule management schemes to be applied in this project to verify the applicability of the management scheme.Company L is a representative traditional securities company with insufficient R&D personnel and limited R&D capabilities.Faced with complex data IT projects,there are problems such as incomplete project decomposition,unreasonable resource management,and unscientific assignment of personnel and tasks.The risk of the company’s IT project postponement continues to increase.In view of the many problems existing in the data IT projects of the L company,the application of the cutting-edge project schedule management plan is optimized according to the characteristics of the data project and the conditions of the L securities company.The project schedule is decomposed on the basis of the work breakdown structure,and then the overall project schedule is optimized through the critical chain method,and the calculation of the critical chain buffer length is improved,and the process complexity S,Factors such as the process risk elasticity K and the impact of turnover rate on process progress R,etc.,propose a comprehensive buffer calculation method.Finally,linear programming,analytic hierarchy process,and developers’ communication skills,business proficiency,and professional skills are used to optimize the progress of specific links in the project-personnel task allocation optimization.This plan effectively expands the traditional single-dimensional focus area of schedule management-time to multiple dimensions-time,resources,and human factors.According to the actual situation of L company,multi-factor collaboration was introduced,which greatly improved the applicability and practicability of the schedule management plan.
