With the development of the power industry,the use of power has been deeped into all walks of life,from the daily use appliances to the factory equipment.Because of the widely use of various power equipment or electrical load,the species of the signal is becoming enrich,and another aspect is that it is harder to give the signal an accurate measurement.Accurate measurement of the power signal can not be seperated with the power quality analyse,so it is a necessary means of the power system regulation to power quality analyse. Relative to developed countries, China’s development in power quality analysis is lagging behind, the main problem of domestic research focused on the inadequate of the power quality parameters calculation and the poor structure of the power quality analyse equipment.Power quality analysis, as a measure of whether the target is meeting of the power signal, is increasingly becoming an important research direction of the power system.It is the key to power quality analyse in how to get an accurate measurement of the power signal.High accurate measurement require high accurate calculation of the power quality parameter,therefore the research in algorithm has become top priority.The paper starts from the definition of power quality,to present an overview of the research status in power quality calculation method.After that,the paper discuss a classified of the power quality parameters,and present the overall structure of the accuracy and complexity in the calculation method of the power quality analyse parameters.First,the paper show a study of the traditional power quality parameters calculation method.According to the international standard IEC,the paper focus on the traditional power quality’s defination and indicators,and show a detailed description of the calculation methods.Secondly, the paper point out the insufficient of the traditional method of calculation in the inter-harmonics and flicker,by proposing the improve method to calculate the inter-harmonics with the improved Cooley-Tukey algorithm and to the Flickerment calculation with the discrete Flicker calculation.Then,the paper is designed a three core platform based on FPGA+DSP+ARM,with the data collection in FPGA,the data analysing in DSP and the data displaying in ARM,giving an implementation of the power quality parameters calculation method.The paper raise tests on the platform,which shows a result that the method is accurate and high feasibility.Finally, the paper summarize the work, and discuss the lack of it, pointing out the direction of future research.
