ATM Fault Diagnosis And Management System Of Post Department In Changchun

The old situation of Automatic Teller Machine Management System in my company are introduced at here, and there are some defects in old system. in order to solve these question, some methods are raised in this thesis and the most methods are come true in the improved new system.In the improved system, Fault Diagnosis Theory which come from Intelligence Diagnosis are used at fault alarm part, the theory of the inference engine and the theory of backward reasoning based on rules are used in the system. and Data Warehouse Theory are combined at system management part, combined with production system and production networks, decision support for ATM manager is come true.First introduced the ATM, talk about the structure and the function of ATM, and introduce the ATM management system in our company, put forward some defects. And introduced Expert System and Automated Reasoning theory, some knowledge be related the thesis are introduced in detail, such as intelligence diagnosis of expert system and inference who based on rules of automated inference. And explain formation which the fault alarm part in improved system, use the backward reasoning theory to proceed diagnose, use an example of the work to tell the detail in this chapter. And introduced the Data Warehouse in detail, the structure and the function of the Data Warehouse are introduced in this chapter, and make a bank using example to introduced the structure and working and supporting function of the Data Warehouse. And introduced the generated process of decision support part in the improved system, Data Warehouse theory are used and the many years history data of our company are combined in this chapter, in this chapter three themes are put forward and the themes are solved follow, some data item and data pump method and data access method are give in this chapter.Last introduced the formation process of the new system, introduced the application platform and development software and database of the new system. The functional verification of the improved system, and two real examples in wok are give in this chapter to exam the improved system. The eighth chapter is summary, raise the limitation of this research work, simply introduced the function extend.
